EBARC-sponsored ARRL VEC Amateur Radio Test Sessions are regualarly scheduled on the first Sunday of every odd-numbered month.
Exams are held at the Alameda Contra Costa Blood Bank, 6230 Claremont Ave. (just east of College Ave.) in Oakland. Candidates should arrive at 9:00am. The test fee is $6.05, except for Novice level test, which are free. Upgrade candidates must bring their current license and any applicable CSCE forms, plus copies of same. All candidates must have a photo ID.
