The Club meets the second Sunday of each
month at Bakers Square Restaurant, Barret Ave. and San Pablo Ave.,
Richmond, Ca. Breakfast 6:30 a.m., Meeting at 7:30 a.m.
The Communicator is published monthly by the Contra Costa
Communications Club, Inc. and is free to its members. It is the policy
of this Editor to publish all articles submitted by its membership execpt
those that are copyrighted. All articles must pertain to Amateur Radio
and must be of interest to the members and subject to available space.
Articles are due by the 15th of each month. Articles may be submitted by
packet addressed to Barbara, KD6OKJ via Robby N6MNL or mail to P.O. Box
20046, El Sobrante, Ca. 94820-0046. Article's published in the
communicator may be reproduced provided proper acknowledgement is given.

The Contra Costa Communications Club, Inc. (the 4C's) is a Non Profit
Corporation formed by Amateur Radio Operators for the purpose of owning
and operating repeaters in the VHF and UHF bands in Western Contra Costa
County in the Northern San Francisco Bay/San Pablo Bay Areas. We are one
of the largest Repeater Groups in the Bay Area with membership of more
than 200, joining together in service to their community mainly thru
ARES/RACES and to each other in their hobby. Our repeaters are the main
resource to the East Bay and North Bay during an Emergency. Always check
into 145.11 during an Emergency. Trained ARES/RACES personnel will be on
frequency 145.11 or 146.505 simplex.
